A contact number will be required to secure your appointment, you will receive a text confirming your booking.

I send complimentary appointment reminders by text.

 

Payment

I accept cash and all major cards.

 

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your appointment please let me know as soon as possible (more than 24hrs would be great). Last minute cancellations may result in you paying 50% of the treatment cost to rebook.

 

I understand that things crop up, emergencies, illnesses and I am very fair when clients have to cancel due to this, although if you do not attend your appointment (no show) or cancel just before you will be charged 100% for the missed appointment. If this is not paid (you will receive a payment link to do so) you will not be rebooked.

 

Appointments

If you arrive late to your appointment your treatment will be adapted to fit into the original appointment time, and full payment will be required.
